The Diversity Arts Incubation Programme (DA-IP) provides training and creative interventions engaging individuals with the creative sector. Our work includes research & consultancy on behalf of Local Authorities, third sector organisations, youth agencies and educational services. Our programmes provide the support and development of key skills required by arts practitioners, young emerging artists and creative industry entrepreneurs. This is supported by our:

Through the work we do with young people, our ethos is to encourage intercultural dialogue and the exploration of social issues using creativity as a medium for expression.  Our core programmes include:

Young Emerging Artists Programme (YEA!)  – A holistic programme of Artistic training and development, including theatre, music and dance.

Artists Agency - A catalogue of artists and technicians from a range of creative backgrounds.

Creative Business Training – Providing individual practitioners, voluntary arts groups with business start up support including; one to one business diagnostics, tailored support in the preparation of creative business planning, marketing, fundraising and accredited training.

 Creative Consultancy - Wide ranging project delivery and specifically tailored creative interventions providing solutions, support and advice by engaging industry professionals.
